The City Of Macclenny now offers and encourages our utility customers to use our new e-Billing service. With e-Billing our customers will receive all future utility bills by email. Your normal paper utility bill will no longer be delivered by US Mail. For your convenience you can easily sign-up using the links provided below.

* Special note: most email systems will send junk email to "Spam" or "Junk" folders. Since you will be receiving a new email from the City's utility department for the first time, you will need to check these folders to ensure our email isn't miss-delivered or mistaken as "Junk" or "Spam".
