** Please help us keep your information current **

Please update your contact phone numbers with our Utility Department.
We are finding customer phone numbers on file that no longer work!

** Please Note! **

If you would like the city to call you when you
need to boil
your water due to an Emergency,
then read below and fill out the online form.

In an effort to better serve our community when interruptions in water services occur, we are asking that you update your contact information in your utility account with the City Of Macclenny.  This information is used in our Code Red Calling System.

Without the correct information we cannot contact you for Boil Water Alerts or when other problems occur causing interruptions in your water service.

Thank you for helping us better serve you by providing your current contact information and by keeping that information current if it should change in the future.

The City Of Macclenny now offers e-Billing!

Please note: the City Of Macclenny does not process online payments! The online payment service is provided as a convenience for our customers and is provided by FIS, a 3rd party company. If you experience any problems with paying your utility bill online, please call the FIS customer support number at 877-513-5465!

To review or pay your utility bill, please follow the link below!
The online payment system accepts debit cards, credit cards, and e-check payments.  You will need your account number and a 4 digit pin number located on your utility bill in order to use the system.  All debit card and credit card transactions include a $3.05 convenience fee charged by the 3rd party processor, not the City of Macclenny!  There is a $239.99 cap on credit/debit card payments.  All E-Check transactions include a $1.05 convenience fee charged by the 3rd party processor, not the City of Macclenny!  There is no cap on E-Check payments.  We strongly encourage all utility customers to take advantage of the new E-Check payment method when paying online.

Please Note: When paying with an e-check, if your bank account information is entered incorrectly, your bank will reject the payment and you will be charged an additional fee!
Just a friendly reminder to keep your utility account current and paid to avoid collection fees and a possible disconnection.  Thank you.
