Warning for customers using any 3rd party online bill paying system (personal bank, Paytrust, PNC, Mint, doxo, etc), these are bill payment systems not affiliated with or approved by the City Of Macclenny. When using these payment methods your payment may not reach us for several days and if your bill is past due you will still be charged a late fee and your water service may be disconnected for non-payment!
FIS is the only 3rd party payment processor we approve!
Please note: the City Of Macclenny does not process online payments! The online payment service is provided as a convenience for our customers and is provided by FIS, the only 3rd party payment processing company approved by the City Of Macclenny. The online payment system accepts debit cards, credit cards, and e-check payments.  You will need your account number and a 4 or 6 digit pin number  located on your utility bill in order to use the system.  All debit card and credit card transactions include a 2.95% convenience fee charged by the 3rd party processor, not the City of Macclenny! All E-Check transactions include a $1.95 convenience fee charged by the 3rd party processor, not the City of Macclenny!  There is no cap on E-Check payments.  We strongly encourage all utility customers to take advantage of the new E-Check payment method when paying online.

 Please Note: When paying with an e-check, if your bank account information is entered incorrectly, your bank will reject the payment and you will be charged an additional fee!
